Green Coffee Bean 800 Mg, 180 Capsules

After being confused with all the different brands and reviews I choose this brand for 3 reasons...it's pure, 50%Chlorogenic Acid and buying on Amazon I didn't have to sign up for a trial. So far I'm pleased with the results. It does suppress my appetite. I take one in the morning 30 min prior to eating and again before lunch. I didn't sleep well my first day taking green coffee, however it may have been a coincidence. I've had no trouble sleeping since. I have been logging my food. I'm eating between 1360 and 1500 calories a day. I have yet to exercise so far other than my morning ritual of stretching. I'm 48 yrs old and my goal is to lose 40 lbs by April. I will keep you posted on the results.I have already recommended to friends and co-workers.
