I have longe suffered with a knee issue from an old cycling accident, I have tried a lot other tapes which all help to relieve some of the occasional pains however this one is a step above the rest. For a start this one comes precut so don't have to mess around with scissors trying to cut strips off. The adhesion quality is also really good, I have worn this stuff when swimming and it still remains firmly in place. The actual stretch within the tape is very good and still allows you to have full movement. Other tapes I have tried are sometimes stiff and cause more harm than good however this isn't true for this one. Also good to see that they have included 3 tapes rather than having to buy individual roles as I get through this stuff rather quickly! Overall a great product and recommending to friends and family who also suffer with sporting/joint injuries.

As someone who suffers from knee shoulder when playing badminton. This tape is exactly what I've been looking for. I've heard of others struggling with tape that hasn't been precut so it's nice to have some that's easier to do.There are also clear instructions as to how to apply the tape which is also nice as it means I won't have to go through the hassle of finding a guide on my phone before playing. They also provide a QR code that links to an eBook with further in depth information which is well layed out and written.Used it while playing the game and already making so much different. And i can play without worrying anymore.

Very easy to use pre cut strips with fantastic sticking power.I tape every day and have a lot of experience in applying tape. However i read the leaflet in the box - and the follow up email- and thought they were really helpful. Simple and well illustrated they'd be a godsend for new tapers.The cut strips were a really good length for my foot and shin. The precut strips were easy to handle and the slight rounding made me believe that the tape would stick quite well as it would not catch.The tape stuck well even through showere and I have been really pleased with how long its lasting - esoecially for the price.The tape is both stretchy enough and supportive enough to allow pain relief and a decent range of movement.All in all I've been delighted with the tape.

Loved this from the moment it arrived. Had an operation on my foot which has left me in pain when I walk. I needed some kind of compression and stability to my foot to keep the joint still whilst walking.This done the trick and although it’s a pain doing it every day - I can’t complain as it can be cut and shaped to whatever size, it has great stretch and really does do the job!

I heard about this product from our chemist for tennis elbow and thought I would try it for my wife.Constantly in pain, it was worth a shot. I had no knowledge of how to use it but knew that its to help with strains.Best thing to do is go on Youtube and look at videos from trained people. There are some really good ones.You take a strip and tear a section at the top and bottom.Next thing is to peel away the backing strip as you place it on arm and stick it down lightly as you move along the arm.You may need to create a bend to follow the shape of arm and may need more than one strip per application.Its not easy to do initially as you also need the correct tension set as you place it on skin.Definitely watch videos unless you know what you are doing.You can shower with them on and they stick really well, lasting about 4 or 5 days.They are good and seemed to have helped with the painful arm which may or not have been tennis elbow.Good product.

Ordered as I have had several problems with my shoulders. Product arrived with 3 rolls of 10 inch (20 per roll) pre-cut tape inside, and a very useful instruction leaflet and an additional one that gives you access to a Kinesiology ebook and videos with details on how the tape could be used. As I was simply replacing some a physio have previously used, I didn't need to refer to this, but will be handy in the future. Good adhesion and simple to apply without all the hassle of cutting lengths from a single roll and then trying to round the edges. Great product and would recommend.

After a fall resulting in knee pain and many restless nights I was advised by my chiropractor to try using some kinesiology tape. I'm glad I did as its really helped. I am now sleeping better as the pain has dramatically improved. My knee has stopped locking when bent and no longer feels like it needs to be popped constantly. It was easy to apply and has stayed on whilst being in the water with my daughter for swimming lessons and when bathing. Came with good clear instructions and plenty of follow up from the customer service team to make sure everything was OK. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

I got this KT tape to alleviate pain and discomfort in my back, upper legs and arms due to fatigue and muscle tiredness and have to say as soon as I apply it to the affected area the pain is alleviated to much more manageable levels. For my lower back it helps to support my posture and sit and walk upright as I should. The tape provides the right level of support without feeling unnatural or overkill for my body. Overall I am really happy with the quality of the product, it also comes with a detailed map of where and how to apply this tape to the various muscle groups of the body.
