Q: How long is the power cord on the Toozey water fountain?

45 inches long this is good I thought but my cat doesnt like moving water

Q: Where else can I buy replacement filters? Both options (6 pack and 4 pack) are unavailable on amazon.

IKDAY replacement carbon filters available on Amazon show the Toozey Flower Fountain picture in the units for which these filters are compatible. looks like you get 12 filters for $16.88 which I think is a good price. When I looked this up on 9/13/20 on Amazon they were available. Hope this helps.

Q: Does anyone else have water splashing out all over the floor?? It worked great for about 5 days and now it’s splashing over.

I had this issue or something similar when I first set it up. I had placed of the overflow holes from the filter level over the hole the power cord goes through, causing water to leak out from the bottom. If thats not whats happening, check that your filters didn't get clogged by hair, dust or anything of that sort. I know of some cats that will vomit into their water bowls for some stupid reason and this can be devastating to a filter and can cause overflow.
