Sinus rinse kit
Even though it’s easy to use it takes a bit of getting used to. It feels a little weird washing your nose out but I’ve found it to be really effective.In my opinion it’s really good value for money compared to the sprays you can buy.Highly recommended.

Perfect nose rinse / self torture kit
The kit works as it should, decent supply of sachets.... Perfect for following doctors instructions to use before taking medication for a nose and throat problem. Who would have thought squirting salt water up each nostrel was a thing!?!? A month into using it, I still cry like a little baby before, during and after use.So this is ALSO perfect for anyone who loves inflicting the feeling of drowning on themselves, or who wish to experience waterboarding from the comfort of their own home, simply ask someone to shout interigating questions at you while you use it!

Value for money
Have been using this product for a number of years, since being diagnosed with a serious disease with affects my nasel passages. So no issues at all with this Product, great value for money because it can be more expensive buying it from a chemist

Reasonable nasal flush kit
Simple kit for nasal flushing; expensive for what it is. Sinus flushing is pretty gross but it does help me.

neilmed sinusrinse!! The best!!
I have never ever written a review but i think this product deserves one!! A very good one at that :-)I have to admit , I think I will be using this product for life .It is excellent!!!... and has become part of my daily routine as with washing , tooth brushing and flossing etc.I have suffered from debilating sinus infections. At least 4 a year. And with every one I feel absolutely awful, I wouldn't wish them on anyone..Once an infection has got hold ,the only cure is a very strong course of antiboitics, which my stomach is not too keen on and I then live dreading and awaiting the next infection!Steroid sprays did not help prevent them. I have tried many antibiotics for this condition in the past , but unfortunately only the very strong antibiotics work!! I was desperate and then I came across this product!!Unfortunately I am now suffering from an awful sinus infection. - But I have to say this is MY FIRST ONE IN A YEAR NOW since using Neilmed Sinus Rinse .My GP wont prescribe the antibiotics till I have suffered for a week to ensure that what I am suffering from is not viral.Understandable I know !! But before I was using Neilmed Sinus Rinse I felt like I was suffering most of the time. NOW A WHOLE YEAR HAS GONE BY WITHOUT AN AWFUL INFECTION or any blinding headaches and I definately put in down to my daily use of this product. ONE INFECTION IN ONE YEAR, COMPARED TO FOUR OF FIVE!!! amazing!!!My thoughts.. prevention is better than cure.I boil up approx 1500 ml of water and add 6 sachets to this and let it cool .I then poor it into a large plastic bottle and store it in the fridge and this lasts approx 6 days! Every morning I fill up my sinus rinse bottle(without the nasal attatchment as this melts in the microwave) I microwave the solution for approx 40 secs- but every microwave is different so everyone should adjust accordingly - and voila. The solution is ready for use. No waiting for boiled water to cool etc..Its very quick and doesn't impeed on my time.The boiled solution will be preserved for at least a week if kept re frigerated!!I really do recommend this product to anyone who suffers from sinus problems.It is NOT uncomfortable to use- although I had my misgivings before first using it , but unlike you might think ,it doesnt cause the pain you feel when water goes up your nose when jumping in a pool .It is surprisingly comfortable and much more comfortable and easier to use than a neti pot ( I tried this for a couple of weeks but although it did flush out the nasal cavity, I fould it difficult to use,very messy and uncomfortable on the nose.)To anyone reading this ,you are obviously suffering in one way or another with your sinus' and are looking for help and a solution .Well I recommend you give this a try.Trust me it will be money well spent and you will never look back!!!!

Brilliant if you're feeling clogged up
Highly recommend. I often get problems with my sinuses and this relieves a lot of pressure from my face. It's natural and makes me feel better for not taking medication. It's well designed and easy to use. Great design and fab value for money. Definitely improves my sleep quality and lasts for ages. I'm now on my second order after nearly two years. Highly, highly effective.

This is very good, clears your nostrils and was recommended by the hospital. Easy to use & very good price too. Came well within the time it was supposed to.

The bottle is not easy to use. The sachets are great
I bought this set after a friend recommended it. I've just had a septoplasty operation and needed something to clear my nasal passages out. I usually use a netipot but I needed some saline solution so I thought I'd try this instead.The sachets are great as they come in just the right dose. However, I found the bottle ineffective . Unlike a netipot which is shaped to go directly over/in the nostril, the shape of the bottle made it hard for me to direct the nozzle into each nostril. Most of it ended up just going down the sink. You also lose a third of the solution because it stops pumping out once it gets towards the bottom.It's quite possible that this is great if you've got a wider nose cavity and haven't had an operation. However, for me it didn't work and I'll be returning to my neti pot.

Step 1: Wash your hands. Fill the clean bottle up to the fill line (240 mL) with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water. Step 2: Cut the SINUS RINSE™ mixture packet at the corner and pour its contents into the bottle. Tighten the cap & tube on the bottle securely. Place one finger over the tip of the cap and shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture. Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, place cap snugly against your right nostril and SQUEEZE BOTTLE GENTLY until the solution starts draining from the OPPOSITE nostril or from your mouth. Step 4: Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely because this will apply pressure on the eardrums. Step 5: Now repeat steps 3 & 4 for your left nostril.
Safety Warning
Use only as recommended and follow the warnings WARNING: DO NOT RINSE IF NASAL PASSAGE IS COMPLETELY BLOCKED OR IF YOU HAVE AN EAR INFECTION OR BLOCKED EARS. If you have had ear surgery, please contact your physician prior to irrigation. If you experience any pressure in the ears, stop the rinse and get further directions from your physician or contact our office during regular business hours. Do not rinse if your nasal passage is completely blocked, however, you may rinse with a partially blocked nasal passage. Use lukewarm water. DO NOT USE HOT OR BOILING WATER. Follow the cleaning procedures provided in the brochure. You may also consider discussing the use of SINUS RINSE™ with your doctor. SINUS RINSE™ bottle and mixture are to be used only for nasal irrigation. Please do not use for any other purposes. Please rinse ONE HOUR PRIOR to bedtime, in order to avoid any residual solution dripping in the throat. We strongly advise against the use of our kit on children or adults who have reduced comprehension. Patients who are unable to stand up or bend near the sink SHOULD NOT use this product. We advise you NOT to use this kit on patients who are bed bound or severely debilitated. Adults need to understand the procedure first before using it on their children. We recommend that you use this product only on children who are above five years of age. The procedure is the same for all ages. If your child is less than five years old, you should consult your child’s physician before using this product. CAUTION: Rinsing your nasal passages with only PLAIN WATER will result in a severe burning sensation. Please do not rinse with plain water.
