I have a set of these knives and I bought a set for my granddaugther's 17th birthday, she is in cooking school and she loves this knife. It is well made, holds a sharp edge and a good price.

Right size and weight for me. It's a little bit larger than I thought it would be but that's a good thing, you can scoop vegies easier. Perfect for all things that aren't too hard. I have a cleaver for those things. My girly friend really likes it also and she has arthritis. The knife isn't too heavy for her, but of course we only use it for meal prep so we're not using it for long periods of time. It's perfectly sharp and sort of pretty to look at. Got this for the hubby for Christmas. But it’s my favorite knife in the house so far. It’s so well balanced. The weight is evenly distributed I don’t feel like I’m pushing with lots of effort to get though a cut. Even is able to cut through frozen produce and frozen meat. Hoping to buy a few more as they go one sale throughout the year. We absolutely love them!

Very good weight and very comfortable and good feel in the hand. The knife arrived extremely sharp, all I need was run it over my strop a few times perfect cuts, no dragging through the slices.
