I have several batteries from this brand and so far they have all come close to or exceed their capacity ratings. It's pretty uncommon for off-brand batteries to meet their capacity claims, often massively overinflating them by 5-10x their true capacity. Jesspow is honest in their capacity claims and offers quality batteries for a bargain.These 18350's are no exception. Out of the two pack, one measured 1175mah, and the other was right on the nose at 1200mAh. That's quite good since even name brand cells often fall a bit short of rated capacity. These are within 98-100% of their rating.I assume these are name brand high quality cells that are rewrapped with Jesspow branding. I own at least a dozen of their cells and they've all been great.I highly recommend this brand!

I have used jesspow batteries for years in my high power flashlights. They charged to capacity without any issues. This is definitely a strong choice for lithium ion batteries. They are very nice.
