Q: Hi, i'm 36 inch chest, 30 inch waist and 5'7 inch tall. which size should i go for? thanks.

I bought these tops for my son and he is a 38 chest and slightly taller . I bought a medium for him and he hasn't said there was a problem. Sorry I can't be more specific

I just it for the gym, but it is very close fitting and light weight so should be suitable.

Q: Can I still return this product if I don’t have the original plastic bag it came with and the tags ? The sizing and quality doesn’t really fit me tbf

To be honest I've never attempted it but this is Amazon so I would say yes. Just ensure that it's in it's original condition, another plastic bag and folded up neatly and you should get a refund. If it were me, that's what I would do. Hope that helps.
